Challenges and objectives
The Law Society – the professional body for the legal profession – commissioned a report in 2021 called Future Worlds. It featured a number of subject matter experts and futurologists giving their predictions about life in 2050 – and how societal changes might affect the work of lawyers.
How do you create two hard hitting films which speak to a discerning audience about the future of the world in an editorial, scientific and compelling way? How can they do so while presenting a broader corporate message?
Our challenge was to bring it to life on film.
Nemorin’s solution and activation
We produced three films in total, the most hard-hitting of which was on climate change. Shot in a deliberately stark studio and on the streets of London, we used b-roll to bring some of the more abstract themes to life. A finely tuned edit, along with good use of music and colour grading, added impact to the narrative.
Results
The films were extremely well received externally. The Law Society was delighted with the end results. and looks forward to working with us again in the future.
